ProRes 422 HQ is a 10 bit 4:2:2 industry standard editing format. Can be edited on both Mac and PC, but can only be exported on Mac.

Photo JPEG is an 8 bit format which can be edited and exported on both Mac and PC. Minimum quality setting when exporting Photo JPEG should be 95%.
ProRes 4444
ProRes 4444 in 4K (4096x2160) and Ultra HD (3840x2160)
ProRes 4444 is a 12 bit 4:4:4 format which is effective with animation and chroma key (green/blue screen) work due to its extremely high quality as well as its native support for true alpha channels. Very large file sizes. Can be edited on both Mac and PC, but can only be exported on Mac.
